Getting started
Getting started is straightforward and safe.
Using ViGo service stations
Simple refuelling across our entire network
In order to refuel your vehicles, a supply or master agreement with ViGo needs to be in place. This allows you to use our ViGo Card payment system for seamless payment and operation across our entire network.
Alternatively, you can use major fleet cards (such as DKV, UTA, Eurowag, Romac Fuels among others).
Getting set up for refuelling
Training must be taken before refuelling at any of our stations.
All drivers are fully trained before refuelling; how this happens depends on your location but will comprise either:
A
A refuelling briefing and receipt of the safety instructions at the filling station.
B
Online training through the ViGo Academy.
C
On-site in-person training session.
Refuelling process
Refuelling at our stations is fast, safe and easy
Our locations are unmanned, open 24/7, and equipped with refuelling instructions in several languages. Drivers are usually responsible for refuelling and charging (self-service). Manned stations where refuelling and charging can be carried out by our ViGo staff on site are noted in the location map.
After refuelling or charging the driver will receive a fuel or charging receipt.
Safety
Putting your safety first
All vehicles must be fully and properly equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) to be used by your staff.
Full safety instructions are available at all our ViGo filling stations.
Emergencies procedure
